Thank you for visiting WILLBFIT.COM

I hope you enjoy the site.

This blog started as a reference for a grain class I teach. I hope it grows into a resource that many people can enjoy. My interest in natural health started with my mother. She was always trying to heal us the "natural" way- garlic, cheyenne, wheat bread. I think my interest is even more now than hers, I love to learn all I can. I also like to share what I learn - I hope you enjoy my attempt.

The articles on this site are compiled from information I have found in books, other sites and lifes lessons. I do not claim to be an expert and have done my best to give credit where credit is due.

I love collecting Cookbooks and recipes. I don't try nearly as many recipes as I would like.  By the time I realize that it is dinner time again (like right now), all the good intentions I had to make something fun and amazing are gone.  I am lucky to pull anything together. I guess that is why I love teaching my class once a month.  It [...]

My World

My World

The National Anthem There is something that has been bothering me for quite a while, four years to be exact. When my son, Parker, was a freshman in high school he made the sophomore basketball team.  I have to say that I was so excited for him.  He absolutely loves the game and in my most-humble-unbiased opinion is a really good player. I [...]
